All of our sheds are built with ground contact lumber touching the ground. For the longevity of your shed we recommend:

• 2" of 3/4" roadbase gravel pad
• 2' larger than the dimensions of your shed

On average a basic shed will be completed in a couple of days. Onsite projects may take an extra day.

Absolutely! We love custom colors. All we need is a paint code from your paint chip cards. Bring it along to your visit, or send it to your sales advisor.

If you live in an HOA, check with them to get a shed clearance. We can provide you with the building details they need.

If you're not in an HOA, shed permits are easy to acquire. Reach out to your local building department for instructions.
